 Q: Do you work in the rain?
A: Yes, rain or shine, we come to you! We are fully equipped and ready to serve you. (This does not apply during tropical storms, lightning, high winds, or severe weather.)

Q: What services do you not offer?
A: At C&M, we pride ourselves on being one of the most equipped mobile repair facilities on wheels. However, body work and frame repair are not our specialties. We can refer you to trusted professionals for these services.

Q: What are your operating hours?
A: We are open Monday-Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays.

Q: Do you offer roadside assistance?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer immediate roadside assistance at this time.

Q: What is your labor rate?
A: Our labor rate is $125 per hour, which is often more affordable than the big chain stores that can charge upwards of $180+ per hour.

Q: Do you provide a warranty if I have a repair completed with you?
A: Yes! If we provide the parts, the warranty covers 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) for parts and labor. Please note, we do not install customer-supplied parts. (Warranty terms may vary for batteries, tires, and brakes. Call for more details.)

Q: How far do you service? Do you only serve Charlotte?
A: We service areas within a 20-mile radius of Charlotte, NC. Unfortunately, we do not service South Carolina due to insurance and state regulations. The Charlotte Region covers 15 counties in North Carolina. Service areas are subject to change based on laws and regulations. Please call to confirm if we service your county.

Q: Is there a trip fee or mileage fee?
A: We do not charge a trip or mileage fee. A $150 diagnostic fee is due upon vehicle inspection. If you choose to complete the repairs with us, we apply $50 toward the repair. (The $50 credit is only applicable to the same vehicle and only if we supply the parts. No refunds on diagnostic fees. Terms and conditions may apply. Call for more details.)

Q: Do you offer alignments?
A: Yes, we are proud to be one of the only mobile shops on the East Coast offering true mobile alignment services for cars and trucks.

Q: Do you mount tires?
A: Yes, we have the latest tire equipment on our trucks and can mount and high-speed balance tires up to 26" in size.

Q: Does an oil change include anything beyond changing the oil and filter?
A: Yes, in addition to changing the oil and filter, we top off all necessary fluids, check and set tire pressure, and complete a 50-point safety inspection free of charge.

Q: Is there an extra charge for tire rotation with an oil change?
A: No, we offer a free tire rotation with any oil change service. (This does not apply to lifted trucks or lowered vehicles.)

Q: What is the markup on the parts you sell?
A: There is no markup. We sell parts at a discounted price to ensure you get the best deal possible! Our parts come with a warranty, and you won’t pay more than you would if you bought the parts yourself.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Money Orders, Certified Checks, Cashapp, Venmo, and Credit Cards. (A 3.75% processing fee applies to all payments and will be added at the time of sale.)

Q: Do you handle fleet accounts?
A: Yes, we are fully equipped to repair and maintain fleets of any size!

Q: If I call today, can you come the same day?
A: We operate by appointment, and if we have an open slot for the same day, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that we are often booked 2-3 days in advance. We’ll work with you to find the closest available time.

Q: Are your technicians certified and qualified to work on my car?
A: Yes, all of our technicians are ASE Master Certified. They also attend ongoing training throughout the year to stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology. Feel free to ask to see your technician’s certifications during your appointment.

Q: Do you offer A/C repair services?
A: Absolutely! Our team is fully equipped to handle A/C repairs. Our trucks carry state-of-the-art R-134a(A) and R-1234yf A/C machines, ensuring we can service your vehicle efficiently and effectively.
