At C&M, we bring the shop directly to you, eliminating the need for visits to a traditional repair facility. We also handle all communications with your warranty company, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
How It Works Using C&M:
- To Start: Our mechanics will meet you at a location of your choice (Site Permissions may be required) to diagnose your vehicle.
- Our Communication: We contact your warranty provider to confirm if the repair is covered under your contract and keep you informed every step of the way.
- Quick Repairs: Once your claim is approved, we promptly begin the scheduling process to complete the necessary repairs and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
- Note: If your claim is not approved, you will be responsible for the C&M diagnostic fee, plus applicable taxes and other fees. (See our terms and conditions on our website)
- If your claim is approved, you will not need to pay the diagnostic fee agreed to during the booking process, and C&M will only collect any applicable deductibles once the service is completed.

To continue providing the high-quality, convenient mobile automotive service our customers rely on, our website and Terms and Conditions have been updated to reflect a labor rate of $140.00 per hour, effective May 1, 2026. Until that date, our current labor rate of $125.00 per hour will remain in place.
