Since opening C&M Mobile Automotive Repairs in 2020, our mission has always been simple, provide honest, reliable, dealership-level automotive service with the convenience of coming directly to you. Every decision we’ve made over the years has been centered around delivering real value, building trust, and treating our customers like family.
Because of that commitment, we have worked hard to keep our pricing consistent and fair. In fact, this is the first time since we opened our doors that we have made any adjustment to our labor rate.
However, as many of you have experienced in your own lives and businesses, the cost of living and operating expenses have continued to rise. From tools and equipment to fuel, insurance, and the overall cost of doing business, these changes have made it necessary for us to make a thoughtful and responsible adjustment.
Effective May 1, 2026, our labor rate will increase from $125.00 per hour to $140.00 per hour.
This decision was not made lightly. It allows us to continue investing in the tools, technology, and training needed to provide the level of service our customers expect, and deserve, while maintaining the quality and integrity that C&M is known for.
We also want to be fully transparent regarding parts pricing.
Due to ongoing fluctuations in the automotive parts market, all parts pricing will continue to be adjusted based on current market conditions. This means pricing may increase or decrease depending on supplier costs and availability at the time of your service.
Our goal remains the same, to source quality parts at fair and competitive pricing, without ever compromising the reliability of your repair.
We understand that some of you may already have received quotes prior to this change, and we want to be fair and consistent.
We know you have options when it comes to automotive repair, and we never take your trust for granted. This adjustment allows us to continue doing what we do best, providing expert diagnostics, repairs, honest recommendations, and high-quality mobile service you can rely on.
